Framework Merchant Empires :: Tutorial :: Hello World

If you went too far, you can head back to the Installation page.

The first known "hello world" program, according to the most awesome WikiPedia site, particularly their Hello World page, appeared in a book about the B language written by Brian W. Kernighan and S. C. Johnson at Bell Laboratories. Later on, the legendary string appeared in a C book, derived from a manuscript that Mr. Kernighan had wrote.

Our first program will not produce the words "hello world". In the end, what you will have is a dump of the entire $GLOBALS array, which will let you see that the maestro is in fact working. Then I will go over a few things to get you started.
